PRE-APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS TO REMEMBER

 Please review these instructions prior to your appointment:

1. Be sure to eat before you come as you will not be able to eat for two hours after unless you add the $25 Protectant add-on, which will allow you to eat right after

2. Drink lots of water (100 oz. is recommended) to hydrate the teeth and nerves, which will help prevent sensitivity

3. No brushing or flossing for at least 4 hours before your appointment to help prevent from irritating the gums and soft tissue (if you would like to, you are welcome to use your finger with toothpaste or mouthwash, just no brush or floss)

4. Avoid dark colored foods/beverages for 24 hours after whitening - so don't book your appointment 24 hours before a special event where you want free rein to eat or drink unless you plan to add the Protectant add-on for an extra $25, which will eliminate all food restrictions

5. Bring head phones if you would like to listen or watch something on your phone
